The other day I had a dream that I was riding down a road at a fast and steady pace in the back of an old pick-up truck, much like my granddad’s red truck. My sister was in the back with me and there was an elderly man driving the truck. My sister and I were sitting on the edge with our feet dangling as if this was a practice. Some ways down the road the elderly man decided climb from the driver’s seat to join us in the very back. I was terrified because it appeared that no one was driving the truck! The man assured me that it (the truck) knew how to drive and it had been down that road many times. I was ready to jump but it was going too fast and all I could do was hold on. Hold on and trust. So I did. In my dream, I just took a deep breath and looked out into the fields and watched the road as we made curves and turns and then finally came to an easy stop.

Wow is all I could say to this dream. Sometimes it appears that things are out of control but when you can relax and watch and allow the Spirit to take over, things will surely flow.
